Business Innovation and Technology Exploration in Hangzhou

In May 2026, a cohort of twenty-five students, including seven from BBA programmes, participated in the five-day Hangzhou–Hong Kong Youth Exchange Co-creation Programme and the HKSYU Hangzhou Innovation and Vitality Themed Study Activity. Sponsored by the Hangzhou Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and coordinated by Dr. Alice Chung, Associated Head of Business Administration Department, as well as Director of Global Engagement (CGE) in our university, the initiative was led by Professor Selina Chan, the Academic Vice President, with support from various faculty members, including Dr. Roy Ho from Business Administration. Representatives from the Hangzhou government were also involved.

This initiative strategically focused on business and technological innovation, providing our BBA students with a unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of the dynamic business landscape in China. Participants gained critical insights into cutting-edge technological advancements and engaged directly with innovative practices in a rapidly evolving market. This hands-on experience empowered them to apply this knowledge in their future careers, while fostering a strong global business perspective.

商業創新與科技探索於杭州

在2026年5月，一組25名學生參加了為期五天的杭州–香港青年交流共創計劃及香港樹仁大學的杭州創新與活力主題學習活動，其中包括7名來自工商管理學課程的學生。該計劃由杭州中國人民政治協商會議贊助，由本校環球事務中心（CGE）總監兼工商管理系副系主任鍾李敏儀博士協調，活動由學術副校長陳倩教授領導，並獲得來自多個學系的支持，包括工商管理學系的何健漢博士。杭州市政府的代表也參與了此次活動。

本次計劃策略性地聚焦於商業與技術創新，為本校工商管理課程學生提供了獨特的機會，以深化其對中國動態商業環境的理解。參與者透過交流與實地參與，獲得對尖端技術進展的關鍵見解，並直接接觸快速變化市場中的創新實踐。這種親身體驗不僅有助於他們將所學知識應用於未來職業發展，同時亦能培養更具國際視野的全球商業觀。
