Mission
The Dr. Francis Cheung Business Analytics Research Centre at the Hong Kong Shue Yan University aims to offer new insights into business performance through data analytics research, identify novel ways to tackle challenges and provide more opportunities for businesses to grow. It employs techniques such as text mining, data visualisation, machine learning and natural language processing in various areas, including marketing, operations, finance and accounting, as well as other aspects of business management to help businesses make the most out of their decisions.

International Conference on Human Resilience: Navigating Life Changes & Challenges (HRCONF2026)
The Department of Business Administration at Hong Kong Shue Yan University hosted a symposium on 29 May 2026 at HRCONF2026, themed “Employee Mental Health and Well-being: Challenges and Opportunities in the Modern Workplace.” Chaired by Dr. Monica Law and moderated by Dr. Jessy Wang, it featured five scholars sharing research on inclusive workplace policies, team dynamics, AI learning, psychosocial risk measurement, and home crafting.
