Application Procedures

The completed application must be accompanied by the following documents :

  1. Online Application or download Application form, print and complete the application form
  2. A photocopy of HKID Card/Passport
  3. Photocopies of degree certificates
  4. Official transcripts from post-secondary institutions/universities attended
  5. Two signed and sealed Referee Letters
  6. An application fee of HK$200 by crossed-cheque to "HONG KONG SHUE YAN UNIVERSITY" (fees paid are not refundable)
Remarks: Please upload scanned copy of item 2-5 when using Online Application.
