According to the Graduate Employment Survey (2025), about 66.6% of the graduates of the BBA program were employed in the human resources/ personnel, customer services and education and training sectors.

According to Morgan McKinley’s 2026 report, people analytics, digital HR solutions, and human–AI collaboration are now essential. Applied Psychology is central to people analytics and digital HR because it helps ensure that data-driven tools are grounded in how people actually think, behave, and perform. This programme combines emerging HR capabilities to help students use analytics and digital solutions effectively and responsibly.
