Team Achieves Second Runner-Up at HSBC/HKU Case Competition 2026

We are proud to announce that, during HSBC/HKU Case Competition 2026, held at headquarters of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on 7 March 2026, our dedicated team represented Hong Kong Shue Yan University with exceptional skill and determination. Comprising three talented members: Sam WEE Yat Sing 黃逸昇 (Year 4, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors)), Elaine LIU Xiaoyi 刘小艺 (Year 2, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors)), and Aurora LIU Xiaoyi 刘晓艺 (Year 2, Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Law and Business, this team showcased innovative thinking and collaborative spirit, guided by coach Dr. Brian Wong.

The competition included nine universities from Hong Kong, and our team secured the prestigious award for Second Runner-Up. This remarkable achievement not only highlights their hard work and commitment, but also reflects the strong academic environment fostered at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. This accomplishment serves as an inspiration to all students, demonstrating the rewards of teamwork and perseverance in the face of challenging competition. In recognition of their efforts, the team was awarded HK$2,000, a trophy, and certificates, celebrating their outstanding performance in this highly competitive event.
