According to Randstad's Hong Kong Annual Market Outlook Report 2019, the HR industry is undergoing a transformation toward increased people analytics and digital HR solutions. This program will equip students with knowledge of applied psychology and new technology that will enable them to build a career in the field of HRM.

With theoretical and practical training in HRM and applied psychology, graduates will gain unique advantages to develop their careers in emerging HR roles as specialists, managers or directors for employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.
