BBA Year 3 student Ms. Yip Ching Yi was nominated by Södertörn University, Sweden to receive the 2016 Global Swede Award during exchange. She is one of 22 top international students from 17 different countries/ regions to receive the award. The Global Swede Award is a cooperation between the Swedish Institute, the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Ching Yi Yip from Hong Kong gave highly valuable contributions to discussions in classes and seminars in the International Marketing Strategy programme, raising Asian perspectives regarding business culture and ways of doing business in China and Hong Kong and presenting other interesting aspects of Asian business life. Her knowledgeable descriptions and explanations were enlightening to other students, as well as the teachers of the course. She actively and attentively participated in seminars and lectures, bringing her insightful views to the class.
